Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Origin platform, provided by 1GEN Innvovations Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Origin platform independently. Users under 18 must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent or misleading educational credentials.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the Folio ledger system.
• Engage in any activity that violates Indian laws, including the IT Act, 2000.

5. Intellectual Property

The Origin logo, platform design, and specialized ledger protocols are the exclusive property of Origin. User-uploaded artifacts remain the intellectual property of the user, while Origin retains a license to process them as per the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Origin provides the platform "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
